By accessing or using RankOps.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

RankOps.ai provides an AI-powered SEO optimization service for Webflow websites. Our service:

  • Connects to your Google Search Console to analyze search performance
  • Connects to your Webflow CMS to update metadata
  • Uses artificial intelligence to generate optimized title tags and meta descriptions
  • Monitors changes and provides performance analytics

User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Have proper authorization to modify the Webflow sites you connect
  • Comply with Google Search Console and Webflow's terms of service
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Service Limitations

RankOps.ai only modifies metadata fields (title tags and meta descriptions) within your Webflow CMS. We do not modify:

  • Page design or layout
  • HTML structure
  • Images or media
  • Body content

While we strive to improve your search performance, we cannot guarantee specific results as search rankings depend on many factors outside our control.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RankOps.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

RankOps.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
